Administration of Deceased Estates

Expertise service is offered on the administration of deceased estates whether testate or intestate in terms of the Intestate Succession Act, 81 of 1987. 

 

Last Wills & Testaments

We offer personalized Wills and advice on proper estate planning, including Living Will.  In the event you have minor children, guardianship and trusts will be discussed.

 

 

Debt Counselling

This process assists consumers who are over-indebted and cannot maintain their monthly debt re-payments.  The Debt Counsellor will conduct an enquiry into the consumer’s financial circumstances and assist them in looking at their budget, identifying their monthly living expenses and income.  Thereafter the available amount will be used to make an offer to all creditors on the outstanding monthly debt commitments.  Recommendations will be made to Creditors and agreement reached and the court will make an order to this effect.  The Debt Counsellor will also check for any reckless lending on the part of the Creditors.  This will enable consumers to take control of their debt and eventually become debt-free.   Debts will thus be under control and the Court will restructure your debt to more affordable monthly payments with the assistance of the Debt Counsellor.
